To restore the divan to its upright position:
1. Remove the sleeper belt.
2. Remove the seat back cushions.
3. Pull the slide control handle slightly inboard to unlock the berthing pan.
4. Lift up slightly on the top part of the seat back with the handle.
5. Push straight back on the berthing pan until it locks into place.
Note: Make sure the seat belts do not interfere with the seat pan movement.
6. Install the plug-in armrests.
Note: Make sure the hooks are well-engaged on the seat pan.
7. Secure the back seat belts on the back of the seat cushions.
8. Install the seat back cushions.
