High-Temperature Convection Oven

The Zodiac 1554 high-temperature convection oven (Figure 65) in the galley features redundant overheat protection and
convection air circulation for even heat distribution. Cooking time and temperature level are set using the digital
convection oven controller (Figure 66). The oven compartment door must be completely opened and retracted to
operate the oven.
Note: Although the safe operation of the appliances is not dependent on the galley exhaust fan, it should be turned on whenever
any of the appliances are in operation.
