Pre-Heat Oven
Push and release the TEMP up or down arrow buttons on the oven controller to display the last temperature setting.
Push up or down arrow buttons to set the temperature display to the desired pre-heat setting and push the start button.
Note: If the start button is not pressed within 30 seconds of setting the temperature, the oven will revert to the off state.
Set Oven for Timed Cooking
Push and release the TEMP up or down arrow buttons to display the last setting. Use the up or down arrow buttons to
set the desired temperature. Use the TIME up or down arrow buttons to set the cooking time.
Note: The temperature must be set before the cooking time.
While cooking is in progress, the timer counts down to zero time. The time display will flash 0:00 and the temperature
will revert to the 150 °F (66 °C) holding temperature. The chime sounds at one-minute intervals for five minutes. After
five minutes the operating cycle will automatically shut down and the display will be blank.
