(T)-MPLS menu
Purpose
The TMPLS menu contains the following sub-menu options:
Global Network - This allows managing all of the global network parameters

assigned to T-MPLS.
L2 Encapsulation Profile - This allows managing the L2 Encapsulation Profile.

Quality of Service - This allows managing QoS information.
•
– PHB Profile - This is the externally observable forwarding behavior applied at a
– OAM PHB Profile - Supports the capability to configure an association between a
– Traffic Descriptor - A Traffic Descriptor also called MPLS Tunnel Resource
– Queue Management - This allows management of the T-MPLS Queue.
Tunnel Management - This allows management of the T-MPLS Tunnels.

PW Management - This allows management of the T-MPLS Pseudowires.

Ethernet Search XC - Specifies the ethernet cross-connection search management
•
– EVPL - A point-to-point connectivity service.
– EVPLAN - A point-to-multipoint connectivity service.
Global network
Global Network tab contains the following as shown in
Figure 3-9 Global network
The Global Network panel displays the following parameters:
OAM CV Period - Specifies the selector of values range for CV Period into OAM CV

frames. The allowable values are:
– 0 (3.33 ms,10 ms,100 ms,1s,10s,20 ms,50 ms)

Descriptor, can be associated to Tunnels and/or Psuedowires. A TD is the set of
CIR, CBS, PIR and PBS parameters used by the System for bandwidth checks
related to "port bit rate" or "Virtual Transport bit rate" on which Tunnels and
Psuedowires are defined.
