Passwords are entered initially by the System Administrator

their password after it is used for the first time following initial
configuration – see also Section 4.4.5.
Enter the time period after which all passwords expire. After
this period of time, all users must change their passwords.
Enter the time period after which an inactive user's access

removal of their access privileges and can be re-activated
only by the System Administrator (User 1).
Enter the number of consecutive incorrect password entries
allowed by a user. If the number of incorrect entries exceeds
this limit, the user's access privileges are de-activated and
can be reinstated only by the System Administrator (User 1).
