Tool carriers 2 and 3 (TC* bottom)

There are no separate transport locks for the X axes on tool carriers
2 and 3.
These are braked without power.
Before attaching the transport locks, the tool carriers were moved to the following
positions:
TC2
X 255
Y 0
Z 30
TC3
X 255
Y 0
Z 1650
