The Event Control option defines the way Syslog messages are generated
and the way events are tracked and reported.
IF Downstream
The IF Downstream option defines the downstream channel used by a
given CMTS.
IF Upstream
The IF Upstream option defines the upstream channel used by a given
CMTS.
