This object controls the creation and deletion
of rows in this table.
lcModemVendorMacAddress
MacAddress
When masked, identifies a group of modems
that are allowed to register at this CMTS.
Note that the LSB of the first octet is the mul-
ticast bit; since it cannot identify a modem, it
is defined to be zero.
