This identifies whether this CM is provi-
sioned to run Baseline Privacy. This is analo-
gous to the presence (or absence) of the
Baseline Privacy Configuration Setting
option as described in BPI Appendix A.1.1.
The status of each individual SID with
respect to Baseline Privacy is captured in the
docsBpiCmTEKPrivacyEnable object.
Note: This object will be read-write accessi-
ble only after the ability to start and stop the
authorization state machine is understood.
