Number (TimeTicks)
The amount of time to elapse between each
broadcast station maintenance grant. Broad-
cast station maintenance grants are used to
allow new cable modems to join the network.
Zero indicates that a vendor-specific algo-
rithm is used instead of a fixed time. Maxi-
mum amount of time permitted by the
specification is two seconds.
