nels whose center frequencies are defined by
FreqStart and FreqEnd (i.e., offset the values
in FreqStart and FreqEnd before using them).

The absolute value of the increment (or dec-
rement) to use in stepping through this range.
lcScanChannelWidth
Number (Kilohertz)
The channel width to use for this range. Only
6000 and 8000 are allowed.
