3. Move and resize the two Print Preview windows.
Note: It is important to note that each open Print Preview window (whether it is
minimized or not) uses up memory on the PC. You may run out of memory by
keeping too many reports open simultaneously (in much the same way that you can
run out of memory if you keep too many PC applications open simultaneously).
Graphs
Six reports produce graphs when you print preview them: Channel Problem
Identification, Disk Usage Monitoring, Fax Deliveries Activity, Multimedia
Application Caller Analysis, Network Activity, and System Traffic Summary. The
first two reports produce only one type of graph while the remaining four have a
single-day format as well as a multi-day format. The format which is used is
determined by the reporting interval (that is, a one-day interval produces a single-
day format while a seven-day interval produces a multi-day format).
Note: The Multimedia Application Caller Analysis graph is only produced if the
report is filtered on a specific session ID. An explanation about filtering appears in
the Customization section. Also, the Network Activity graph shows the networking
traffic to individual sites only if there are fewer than 10 sites defined in the
networking database. For networks with 10 or more sites, the Network Activity
graph displays the aggregate traffic to all sites. Site-specific traffic information is
captured in the tabular form of the Network Activity report.
The graphs are produced in a separate and somewhat different form of the Print
Preview window, called a Graph Preview window, that overlaps the tabular form of
the report. The Graph Preview window provides a series of control buttons near its
top. The four buttons in the top left-hand corner allow you to select the page that
you want: First, Previous, Next, and Last. The current page number appears in the
window's title bar.
