The report can be sorted by Date/Time Period, Channel #, Total Calls, or CCS/
Erlang. The default sort is by Date/Time Period.
Analysis and Corrective Actions
The report shows how busy each channel on your system is. With Automatic Call
Distribution (ACD), the traffic on the channels should be relatively balanced over
an extended period of time.
Channels that are dedicated to traffic for a particular incoming or outgoing service

If a channel shows no traffic (measured in either Erlangs or CCS), check to make
sure that the channel is operational. A channel showing low usage could also have
intermittent problems that cause it to be less efficient.
