Fax Audit Trail Detail Report
Use this report to help you determine why a specific fax delivery attempt has failed.
The report allows you to trace the fax delivery process from the outcall request to
final outcome. The results and the reason for the failure are provided. This and
other fax reports are available only if you have the Fax on Demand software option.

Report Filters
This report can be filtered by Billing DN, Call Back Status, Channel DN, Retry
Counter, Target DN, VSDN, and Customer Number. The filter on Customer
Number can use only the IS EQUAL TO operator. When filtered by Customer
Number, the report appears as in Figure 8-12: the Customer Number appends to the
site name and appears at the top of every page in the report. The report contains
data only for the specified customer.
Displayed Report Fields
Fax Phone Number: The target DN of the fax delivery attempt.
Request #: The request identification number of the fax delivery attempt. This field
displays a negative number for DNU submissions or recoveries.
