The MMR Operational Measurements database file cannot be
opened
The Operational Measurements database file cannot be opened.
Action
1. Click OK to terminate MMR Setup.
2. Verify that the following system database file exists in the
\REPORTER\DATABASE directory: MMR_SYS.MDB and that the following
database file exists in all the \SITEx directories of \REPORTER\DATABASE:
MMR_OM.MDB.
3. If all files exist, double-click the MMR Reports icon to test only the system
database and respond to any error messages. If either file is missing, restore
BOTH files from a backup; then, restart MMR. If no backup is available, go to Step
6.
4. If an error message displays, go to Step 6. If no error messages display, the
problem is in MMR_OM.MDB; therefore, go to Step 5.
