Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
•
Disconnect each power cord from the server.
5.
Do one of the following:
Extend the server from the rack.
•
Remove the server from the rack.
•
6.
Remove the access panel.
7.
Remove the primary PCI riser cage.
8.
If installed, remove the expansion board from slot 3.
9.
Remove the serial port blank. Retain the blank for future use.
10. Install the serial port and then install the screws.
