Example
The left MSS 3RK3 Advanced responds to an EMERGENCY STOP and passes a signal for a safety-
related AS-i output to the right-hand MSS 3RK3 Advanced. The right-hand MSS 3RK3 Advanced
behaves like a safety-related AS-i output and can read and process the signal. Both motors are
shut down safely through a safety-related output of an expansion module.
