Eliminating hopper coin jam
The coin hoppers detect, if the coins can no longer be transported due to a jam. In this case they
change the rotational direction of the motor, so that the coins are split up on the payout disc and
can be paid out again when rechanging the rotational direction.
If the coin accumulation and pressure onto the payout disc is too high, coins can jam in the payout
disk or payout slot and the motor can no longer turn the disk. Then:

Switch off the device using the on-off switch on the rear side

Open the payout unit

Make sure that there are no coins jammed in the payout slot of the hopper triggering the error
message. If so, pull the coin(s) out of the slot [Fig. 48].

Make sure that the flap protecting the payout slot is not bent and can be moved freely upwards
and downwards [Fig. 49]. For this, remove the hopper, if necessary

If the protective flap is bent, the hopper base must be replaced.
If the steps above do not reset the error there are more coins jammed in the payout disk. To free
the coins:
