Corrective Action
Reset the CPU module and run it again.
If the same error code is displayed again, the
cause is a failure of the intelligent function module,
CPU module, or base unit. (Please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative, explaining a
detailed description of the problem.)

hardware failure of the CPU module, Q6 WRB, or
extension cable. (Please consult your local
