11.1.2 Print and Hold
If "Print and Hold" is specified and a job is printed, the job is temporarily
held in this machine's memory after it is printed. The job can be recalled
if the reprint function is used on this machine.
The data held in the memory is cleared when this machine is turned off.
Setting the printer driver

In the printer driver setup dialog box, click the "Job Management" tab.

Select "Print and Hold" from the
Operations on this machine

From the control panel, touch [Job Control], then [Reprint] to display
the list of jobs held in the memory.

Select the job that you wish to recall from the job list, and then touch
[OK].
The job status changes to "Waiting Print", and the job is queued to be
printed.

You can check the status of the job from the Job Log screen.
