Operation
8.15 Dose Trim Settings (Screen 03.01)
Dose Trim Settings screen, ozone dose correction via specific process feedback variable
(ozone in water correction / ozone in offgas correction/ Redox value correction).
The Trim function can be operated in the main operating moe "Time Control Mode –
Intrerval" (fixed defined time between setpoint / actual value comparison) or in the operating
mode "Volume Control Mode – Interval" (setpoint/actual value comparison (setpoint / actual
value comparison after exchange of the reaction volume depending on the process water
flow).
The operating mode and trim parameters of the function can be adapted to the respective
process. The parameter submenu (screen 03.01.01) can be accessed via the button (+/- on
the right-hand side of the screen). The submenu is protected by the operator password.

Ozone Dose Trim
Release of the Ozone Dose Trim function
The Trim function starts once the start sequence is completed and the converter is in
operation (ozone production and ozone introduction).
The Trim function can be turned off at any time. The Trim function is not active in the
production mode "Required Ozone Mass".
