4.3 Connecting the router to the Internet

The router 
represents the Internet connection on the customer side (router or Internet-ready LAN socket). The
router does not need to be connected to the Internet throughout the day. You can keep all product components up
to date by connecting to the Internet once each day so updates can be performed.
► Plug the LAN cable into the customer's Internet connection and the Bionic Pro router.
INFORMATION: A WLAN connection is not intended to be established between the Bionic Pro router and the
customer's Internet connection.
