Check washer
Check inner clutch hub G!) for damage and wear.
Check sleeves @ for damage and wear.

If the clutch facing discs do not meet specifications:

Change all clutch facing discs.

Change the washer.

Change the inner clutch hub.

Change the sleeves.

Mount collar sleeve and needle bearing

Mount clutch basket
✓ Turn clutch basket until the gear teeth mesh with the oil
pump gear wheel.

Mount washer and inner clutch hub G!).
Position the new lock washer and mount nut

Secure the nut with the lock washer.
