Probe - "ADD MIX" (

For the "ADD MIX" indicator light to
indicate low mix, the must be installed in
the mix tank, with cord attached and
plugged into the receptacle located in the
back of the cabinet wall.
5.9

Thermometer - Cabinet

(See Figure 5-2)
This thermometer is used
to monitor the tempera-
ture in the mix cabinet.
When the cabinet switch
is in the "ON" position,
the thermometer should
be green which indicates
the temperature is be-
tween 35º to 41ºF (2º to
5ºC). If the thermometer
is indicating red or blue
and the cabinet switch is
"ON" contact your autho-
rized service company for
service.
This chart shows the correct
positions of the switches for day
and night operations. This decal is
located on the dispensing panel.
To turn the entire machine off,
switches numbered 1, 3, and 4
must be in the "OFF" position.
