    ELECTRO FREEZE Soft Serve Models SLX400C 8.3 Cleaning Instructions The cleaning instructions explained in this section are procedures to remove bacteria and maintain a clean, sanitary freezer. The soft serve freezer must be disassembled, washed and sanitized according to the instructions in this manual. Always sanitize before start-up to ensure the best possible cleanliness.

    ELECTRO FREEZE Soft Serve Models SLX400C Assembly Correct assembly of the freezer is essential to prevent leakage of the product and damage to the freezer. To assemble the freezer you will need an approved lubricant, such as Petrol Gel. Make sure all parts of the assemblies have been washed and sanitized before assembling.
