4 Part Names and Functions
The following descriptions apply to figure 4-1. The number preceding the
part name corresponds to the number in the figure.

1 BUSHING - CYLINDER
Holds the beater in place at the
front of the cylinder. Must
lubricate center of bushing.
2 SHAFT - BEATER
Rotates in the freezing
cylinder, blending air and
ejecting product.
3 BLADE - SCRAPER Scrapes
the frozen product from the
freezing cylinder.
ELECTRO FREEZE Soft Serve Model 99T-RMT
SEAL - ASSY. SHAFT
Seals the opening between the
freezing cylinder and the beater shaft.
