Clean wood, laminate and painted surfaces (including shelves) with a warm
soap and water solution and soft cloth. Never use wire cloth or abrasive
cleaners on case.

Trash Chute Assembly. See TRASH BIN REMOVAL / TRASH CHUTE
REMOVAL (FOR CLEANING PURPOSES) section in this manual for
photos and step-by-step removal instructions.

Submerse in warm soapy water.

Clean with soft, non-abrasive cloth.

Never use wire cloth or abrasive cleaners on stainless steel material.

Wipe down trash disposal flap with warm soap and water solution and
soft cloth before reinstalling trash chute assembly.

Magnetic Filter (For Condensation Fans). See CONDENSATION FANS /
CONDENSATION FAN FILTER section in this manual for locations:
Remove from case. Submerge in water and mild detergent solution. Use
soft-bristled brush to remove smoke and grease from filter. Rinse
thoroughly and allow to dry.

Stainless steel utensil dispensers and surfaces (bowl & lid dispensers, fork,
spoon & knife dispensers, decks, etc.). Remove all supplies. Wipe down
areas with warm soap and water solution and soft cloth.
Caution! Never use abrasive material such as steel wool or 'Brillo® Pads'
to clean stainless steel areas. Do not use abrasive cleaners with gritty or
harsh chemicals to clean stainless steel areas as these can scratch the
finish, dulling and marring its appearance.

Monthly (or as needed): Trash Bins. See TRASH BIN REMOVAL (FOR
CLEANING PURPOSES) section in this manual. Wipe down with warm
soap and water solution and soft cloth.
