CLEANING SCHEDULE (GENERAL): TO BE PERFORMED BY STORE PERSONNEL

FREQUENCY
Daily Glass Sneeze Guards (At Side and Front):
Clean with household or commercial glass cleaner and paper towel (or soft cloth)
Daily Front Panel / Lower Front Panel / Toe-Kick, Etc.: Wipe off surfaces with warm water,
mild soap solution and non-abrasive cloth.
Daily Stainless Steel Surfaces: See next page for complete cleaning and maintenance
instructions.
Daily Front Shelving / Decking / Tag Molding / Plenum: Clean with a mild soap and water
solution and a soft cloth or paper towel.
