Heated wells are smoking.
Food is not consistently heating.
Standard and approved
manufacturing oils may smoke up
to 30 minutes during initial start-up.
This is a temporary condition.
Heated wells may have been
operating while dry (without water).

Operate unit without food product until smoke
dissipates.
If unit is operating wet and is allowed to run
dry, turn it off and allow to cool before adding
water.
