6.4 Printer driver install / uninstall issues
Use the following instructions if you encounter either of these error messages while installing or uninstalling the printer
driver:

The specified printer driver is currently in use

6.4.1 Files in use
This message is displayed by Microsoft Windows when there are any print jobs (to any printer) waiting to print or a card
printing application is running (such as Asure ID). To remedy this issue:
1. Click Cancel.
2. Wait for all prints to complete (or cancel the prints).
3. Close all card printing applications.
4. Restart the installation process by double-clicking the driver installation .exe file.
If the message is displayed again, restart the PC and begin the install process again without any applications running.
6.4.2 The specified printer driver is currently in use
This message is displayed by Microsoft Windows when the driver file cannot be completely removed.
1. Click OK.
2. Reboot the PC.
