7. After the SAN and PIN information is entered and validated, a welcome screen appears that includes the customer's

The box near the middle of this screen displays the modem's Site ID, Terminal IP Address, and Terminal Subnet
Mask. The customer should write down or print this information for reference. If the customer is going to use a public
