of the activation process
Activating the HughesNet broadband service is the final step in installing the
satellite modem. The customer performs this step, and at the same time accepts
the HughesNet subscriber agreement.
You, the installer, prepare the customer for activation by connecting the satellite
modem to the customer's computer. You are required to stay at the installation
site until the customer can connect to the Internet so you can offer guidance and
assistance if necessary.
Screens displayed on the computer that is connected to the satellite modem guide
the customer through the activation process.
