Press the [X] (horizontal direction) key and the
[Y] (vertical direction) keys for both the origi-
nal size and the copy size, and enter each
value for X and Y.
NOTE
• When entering values in millimeters, you can use
the Numeric keys (
control panel.
• If you make a mistake when entering values, press
the [C] key on the touch panel, and enter the cor-
rect values.
• If you want to enter values in millimeters, press the
[mm] key.
• For details on how to enter the values in inches,
see "Setting in Inches," on p. 10-8.
• To set the same values for the X and Y axes, press
the [Zoom] key.
• If the zoom ratio is less than 25%, a message tell-
ing you that the ratio will be adjusted to 25% will
appear. If it is more than 400%, a message telling
you that the ratio will be adjusted to 400% will
appear.

Enter all the values, and press the [OK] key.

Proceed to make copies in the usual way.
NOTE
• Place the original on the platen glass if the zoom ratio is more than 200%.
• To return the copy ratio to 100%, press the [Direct] key.
• To cancel the setting, press the [Copy Ratio], [Other Zoom], [Zoom Program], and [Cancel] keys in that
order.
• You can also cancel the mode by pressing the
Clear

key. (The machine returns to the Standard mode.)
