DISASSEMBLE

1. Remove the bushings from each end of the pull
rods and rocker arm. See Figure 11.

ASSEMBLE

1. Press new bushings into the rocker arm. Align the
groove in bushings with the lube fitting for each
bushing.
2. Press new bushings into the pull rod ends. Insure
the bushings are pressed flush with the pull rod
end.

INSTALL

1. Insert the front of the pull rod into the rocker arm
assembly and install the pull rod pivot pins.
2. Install the capscrews to retain the pull rod pivot
pins.
CAUTION
The rocker arm is heavy (11 kg). Support the
rocker arm assembly during installation.
3. Align the rocker arm assembly with the pull rods
attached with pivot pins holes in the fork frame.
4. Install the rocker arm pivot pins into the fork frame
and rocker arm assembly.
5. Align the load wheel assembly with the pull rod
end and install the pull rod pivot pins. Install the
retaining pin into the load wheel assembly and
through the pull rod pivot pin.
