Connecting Header Hydraulics Using Hard Plumbing: M1240 Windrowers

Hard plumbing helps reduce the potential for leaks at the hydraulic connection sites and helps the header drive run
more efficiently. To connect the R85 Header to the M1240 Windrower with hard plumbing, follow these steps.
1. Remove protective plugs (A) from ends of
hydraulic hoses.
