Solution
Replace blade.
Check roll timing and
adjust if necessary.
Check gap and adjust if
necessary.
Increase roll gap.
Check roll timing.
Tighten bolts on support.
Clean rolls.
Drain lubricant and refill
with specified amount.
Remove mud from
cutterbar: do not allow
mud to dry on cutterbar.
Replace spindle bearing.
Remove disc and remove
material.
Decrease header angle:
increase float.
Reduce ground speed.
Check all blade mounting
hardware ensuring blades
are free to move.
Increase float.
Adjust header float on
both ends.
Reduce header angle.
