then set the ref rigerant level flag to ON. And if purge level in the purge tank is low, drainage solenoid
valve should be closed.
If pump out solenoid valve is accumulated ON for 30 minutes, purge system should do regeneration
process for Regeneration Lasting Time minutes, regardless purge active or not.When regeneration
process active, the Purge Regeneration Valve and Purge Heater should be on for Regeneration Lasting
Time minutes, purge vacuum pump should be on for 3mins and then 10mins off, alternating during
Regeneration Lasting Time 120 minutes.

Motor Rotation Check Option

19DV provides Motor Rotation check function. In 19DV Quick Test table, enable quick test, then enable
Motor Rotation Check. The controller will initiate the check process. Service will observe from the lens
on chiller to see if the Motor is properly installed.

Heat Reclaim Option

When chiller type is 19XR2~E/V/D,19XR6&7 Configure Heat Reclaim option in Factory table, select Full
or Partial. Heat Reclaim Entering Temp and Heat Reclaim Leaving Temp will show on the controller
home page and condenser status page. (IO channel: IOB3 AI3 & AI4(19XR2~5/C/D/E/V);IOB4 AI1
& AI2(19XR6&7))
Manually switch the heat recovery mode and cooling mode without stopping the machine. The heat
recovery mode participates in the unit control logic. When switching to the heat recovery mode, the
calculation logic of the COND_APP is: COND_APP = CALC COND SAT TEMP - Max (HEAT
RECOVERY WATER TEMP, LEAVING CONDENSER WATER TEMP).

Liquid Bypass Control

5.41.1 Liquid Bypass Control for 19DV

In order to enable a two stage economized 1233zd chiller to provide full load cooling capacity at lowered
lif t, system liquid piping needs to be adjusted to increase its flow capacity.
The liquid bypass (LBP) system will be an option for customer when the chiller operation envelope has
lower profile .
At very low ECWT, the pressure difference between condenser and evaporator is reduced. At bigger
system flow rate, the piping resistance may get higher than system pressure difference. In this case, the
liquid may stack in the condenser or the economizer, and cause evaporator lack of refrigerant.
Theref ore, the chiller will easily get tripped out due to low evaporating temperature alarm.
The LBP system is designed to avoid above operation failure. It includes an "ON/OFF" valve installed
between condenser float chamber and evaporator inlet piping, an "ON/OFF" valve installed on the vapor
piping between economizer and compressor interstage.
When the LBP is activated, the chiller will operate as a single stage system. The condenser float valve
will still control the system flow rate according to the chamber liquid level.
