Check for disconnected, grounded, or
shorted wiring. Check for condensation in
transducer connector.
Check Diffuser pressure transducer wiring.
Confirm that 5 V reference signal is
available between IOB connector. Check
for disconnected, grounded, or shorted
wiring. Check for condensation in
transducer connector.
Check Oil Sump pressure transducer
wiring. Confirm that 5 V reference signal
is available between IOB connector.
Check for disconnected, grounded, or
shorted wiring. Check for condensation in
transducer connector.
Check Oil Supply pressure transducer
wiring. Confirm that 5 V reference signal
is available between IOB connectors.
Check for disconnected, grounded, or
shorted wiring. Check for condensation in
transducer connector.
Check Pump Inlet pressure transducer
wiring. Confirm that 5 V reference signal
is available between IOB connectors.
Check for disconnected, grounded, or
shorted wiring. Check for condensation in
transducer connector.
Check Bearing Inlet pressure transducer
wiring. Confirm that 5 V reference signal
is available between IOB connectors.
Check for disconnected, grounded, or
shorted wiring. Check for condensation in
transducer connector.
During prestart process,
if all of the bearing temperature sensors
are in the range
AND

For 19XR6&7 and 19XRF chiller,
if MTRB1 or MTRB2 or MTRB3 or MTRB4
is larger than tb_alt2 minus 10F
OR
For 19XR2~5/C/D/E/V chiller,
if MTRB is larger than tb_alert minus 10F
OR
For 19DV chiller,
if CBH1 or CBH2 is larger than tb_alt3
minus 10F

Check Comp Motor Wind Temp in
Temperature screen.
Check motor temperature sensor for wiring
and accuracy to IOB connector.
Check motor cooling line and isolation
valves for proper operation, or restrictions,
check refrigerant filter/drier.
Check for excessive starts within a short
time span.
Check Comp Motor Temp Override
setting.
Check Comp Discharge Temp in screen.
Allow compressor discharge temperature
sensor to cool.
