Check VFD Configurations and save it
again
Check VFD actual speed
Check impeller displacement switch for
NGC chiller
Check high pressure switch for NGC
chiller
Check Power Feedback Input
Check if the filter of refrigerant pump inlet
is clogged. If clogged, please replace that
filter.
Check if refrigerant pump works. If pump
fails, please replace refrigerant pump.
Check if high float chamber has liquid. If
no liquid, please wait until chiller
automatically charge refrigerant into high
float chamber.
Check if bearing filter is clogged. If
clogged, please replace bearing filter
Alarm before start indicates guide vane
opening has not closed to less than 4%.
Alarm while running indicates guide vane
position is < -1% or > 103%. Enter Quick
Calibration and conduct Guide Vane
Calibration. Check wiring between the
guide vane feedback potentiometer and
IOB terminals. Check the 4-20mA current
For 19XR6/7 chiller
AND
DMP_ACT is not Fail,
AND
If Damper Valve delay is more than
dmp_dly seconds,
AND
If economizer pressure is less than
evaporator pressure and DSH is less than
0 ^F for continuous dmp_alm (default 180)
seconds
For 19XR6/7, 19XR2~5/C/D/E/V and
19XRF chiller,
AND
If oil sump pressure and oil discharge
pressure are in the range,
AND
If chiller is in startup ("oil pressure
check" before pump on) progress and not
in swift startup and OIL_PUMP1 is off,
If OIL_PD2 is over 6 psi
Check evaporator pressure sensor input
And check evaporator pressure cutout
