Ringout Message Review
This message is sent over the repeater transmitter when the reverse patch is
triggered. The message is repeated at each ring or at timed intervals,
depending on the Landline Answer Mode. Make the message reasonably
short to prevent messages from becoming stacked up in the message
buffer.
