Keys the transmitter until canceled.
· The transmitter will not key under these commands if it has been disabled
using the Enable/Disable Transmitter command.
· Enter one digit, 0 for OFF (cancel), 1 for ON (key).
· The transmitter will remain keyed indefinitely, until canceled.
