Keys the Transmitter for a timed period.
· The transmitter will not key under this command if it has been disabled
using the Enable/Disable Transmitter command.
· Enter a 1-, 2-, or 3-digit number representing the amount of time the
transmitter should key (in tenths of minutes).
· Enter nothing (or 000) to cancel key request.
