TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST

If the 2E4X-27R is not working properly, refer to
of possible problems, causes, and recommended actions to resolve the
problem.
Problem
All LEDs are OFF.
No Local
Management
Password screen.
Cannot contact the
device from in-band
management.
Port(s) goes into
standby for no
apparent reason.
User parameters (IP
address, Device and
Module name, etc.)
were lost when the
2E4X-27R power
was cycled or the
front panel RESET
button was pressed.
