CHAPTER 5 FINAL DRIVE
5.Remove Bolts M8×25 (NO.34) that secure
the housing. →Fig 4
6.Remove the differential assembly (B) from the
housing.. →Fig 5

7.Remove the shims from the differential
assembly. Be sure to keep the shims together
for reassembly. →Fig 6
8.Inspect the bevel gear for chipped, worn, or
broken teeth.
Important: Do not disassemble the differential
assebly (B). Replace as an assembly if
damage or worn. →Fig 7
