CHAPTER 3 ENGINE
Install secondary sheave;
Install primary sliding sheave
Tighten primary sheave nut to the specified torque;
Primary sheave nut tightening torque:
Tighten secondary sheave nut to the specified torque;
Secondary sheave tightening torque:
Note:
Turn the primary fixed sheave until the belt is seated in
and both primary and secondary sheaves move together
smoothly without slip.
CVT Case Cover
Install the new gasket and dowel pins.
