To start and stop waveform acquisition

The Run/Stop key is used to start and stop the acquisition of waveforms. If the
key is illuminated green then Infiniium is acquiring waveforms. If the key is
illuminated red then Infiniium is not acquiring waveforms.
• To start a waveform acquisition, press the Run/Stop key if the key is
illuminated red.
The oscilloscope begins acquiring data. When it receives a trigger signal, it
finishes acquiring data, updates the display, then starts another acquisition
cycle if it is in triggered (Trig'd) or auto trigger (Auto) mode.
• To stop waveform acquisition, press the Run/Stop key if the key is
illuminated green.
The oscilloscope stops acquiring data. Whatever data was last acquired remains
on the screen.
