6.0 Monitor Storage, Configurations

You may monitor storage and determine the performance of drives attached to the FastStream VT using the
ExpressNAV VTL manager.
If you have set up at least one Virtual Tape Library
(refer to
Configure Virtual Tape
monitor various aspects of your storage and the VT
and view various metrics to measure performance for
physical drives attached to the FastStream during
normal system operation and drive initialization and
verification.
CAUTION
CAUTION
New performance data is updated every 60
seconds which impacts performance
slightly, even if you minimize the browser
window. Exit the ExpressNAV VTL
manager completely whenever you need
maximum performance.

Monitor VTL page

The Monitor VTL page is the first page you see when
you open the ExpressNAV VTL manager after setting
up at least one VTL. If you have not created a VTL or
if you have deleted all VTLs associated with this
FastStream, the body of the page is blank.
Each VTL has its own tab. Information includes RAID
level, RAID status, capacity, the Fibre port and LUN to
