Connection Cables
The IS3W-TTS are available as standard version without connection cable. In this case the wiring can be
made using a multi-connector cable MA../..CR which considerably simplifies the installation in most
applications.
For particular applications, however, the sensor can be delivered with built-in single connector cable.
Installation of IS3W-TTS sensors using multi-connector cable
Using multi-connector cables you may connect up to 100 sensors to each SM-DIN
TWIST Board. To perform the installation operate as following:
Select the appropriate multi-connector cable.
Open the small cover on the rear side of sensor.
Insert the cable's male connector into the sensor's female connector (the
reference tab on male connector must be faced towards the upper side).
Close the small cover and secure the sensor using M3 screws.
Ensure that the yarn runs in the middle of detection area
