TOWING RECOMMENDATIONS

CAUTION
When towing the vehicle, the transmission
output shaft must not be allowed to spin or turn.
If the vehicle is towed with the drive wheels still
in contact with the road surface, the vehicle axle
shafts or driveline must be removed or
disconnected. Do not attempt to push or pull-
start the vehicle.
Failure to disconnect the driveshaft, remove the
drive axle shafts or lift the drive wheels off the
ground before towing will cause serious damage
to transmission.
Non- compliance with the above requirements
will void warranty.
CAUTION
Make sure axle shafts or driveshaft are installed
correctly after towing. Tighten axle shaft and
driveshaft nuts to the correct torque settings. Do
not invert shafts.
