❑ This bolt must be removed to remove door from hinge.

Note
The right side is shown. The left side is similar.

The hinge bolts must always be renewed if loosened.
♦
The specified torque for the hinge bolts to the door (bolts -2, 3 and 13-) has been revised.
♦
The lower hinge parts can be bolted on with a bolt -7- or a nut -8-.
♦
If a new hinge is installed, it must be greased. Work specifications can be found in the "Maintenance manual"

❑ Specified torque: 50 Nm
❑ Always renew bolts after
loosening.
3 - Multi-point socket head bolt
❑ Specified torque: 50 Nm
❑ Always renew bolts after
loosening.
4 - Door hinge with arrester
❑ Lower part is bolted to
upper part of hinge with
bolt -7- or nut -8-.
❑ The hinge is split.
